Today we practice noticing emotions without getting swept away by them.
π§ Practice Instructions
As you meditate, notice any emotions presentβsubtle or strong. Where do you feel them in your body? What's their texture? Heavy? Fluttery? Tight? Name them simply: 'frustration,' 'peace,' 'sadness,' 'contentment.' Let them be without pushing away or clinging. 12 minutes.

Emotions are energy moving through you. When you don't resist them, they flow and naturally change.

What emotions appeared? Could you observe them without being consumed by them?
